another, and part of the healing journey is learning to listen deeply to your own
inner guidance.

The role of consciousness in shaping experience
Prayer and meditation as practices of alignment
The invitation to trust the indwelling presence within
At the same time, we’ll explore how these principles can be lived in real, practical
ways that align with your body's unique biopsychosocial-spiritual needs.
