Main Responsibilities - Dana is responsible for overseeing internal operations to ensure alignment with UWM's mission, financial sustainability, and program effectiveness. Dana is a member of the leadership team and supports leadership by translating strategic goals into operational plans and managing the infrastructure that enables UWM to deliver on its mission. In addition, Dana leads the human resources function, playing a key role in creating and implementing HR strategies that support UWM's goals and objectives, and fostering a culture of excellence, inclusiveness, and innovation.
