Credentialed Leader Voting Information
All Credentialed Unity Leaders are eligible to vote if they have completed their Credentialed Leaders Report (CLR) for the previous year.

If you have not filled out your CLR and you would like to do so now, email annualreportforms@unity.org  If you are an Ordained Unity Minister, Licensed Unity Minister, or Licensed Unity Teacher, you can check your Credentialed Leader report status here.

NOTE: All Unity Credentialed Leaders have a UWM database (NEON) account, and you MUST be logged into that account to use the report status verification link.  If you do not recall your UWM database (NEON) log in credentials, you will need to RECOVER your existing account.  Please do not create a new account.

Voting Delegate Information
Each ministry, who is in good standing, can assign delegates, who are Not credentialed Unity Leaders, to vote.

For a ministry to be in good standing, ministries will be affiliated with UWM, properly submitting their Annual Ministry Report (AMR), living in accordance with UWM Code of Ethics, Sexual Conduct Policy, Social Media Policy, and fulfilling all Member Ministry agreements. If you have not filled out your AMR, you can do so now, email annualreportforms@unity.org

AUC/UWM Bylaws - Article 6. Section 3.  Delegates and Voting. The delegates to any business meeting shall include each minister and licensed Unity teacher member; a maximum of four (4) voting laypersons from each traditional member ministry; and a maximum of two (2) lay persons from each eligible alternative ministry.  Each delegate to a business meeting, when certified by the credentials committee, shall be eligible to cast one vote on any question before the meeting when present.  Both proxy and absentee voting are specifically prohibited.

Delegates from a ministry are registered by the ministry sending a letter, with the ministry letterhead, designating the delegates including name(s) and email(s).

This year, the UWM Board of Trustees approve the suspension of the requirement for Ministry delegates to complete the UWM-designated delegate class and for Credentialed leaders to take CEU credits, in order to be eligible to vote in the November 5, 2025, Annual Business Meeting.  (As stated in the 2024 Membership Model Policy, section 4, number 7.)  All other requirements are still in effect.

Email delegate letters to Brenda Hicks-Wiggins by Oct 16, 2025. Letters received after this date will not be considered.

Only voting members and approved delegates will be sent the Zoom link. All others who wish to view the meeting can do so through Facebook Live (account not required to view).

If you meet the requirements, your presence and participation are needed. This is how we make decisions together.
