Strong governance provides the foundation for a healthy, sustainable movement. Clear guiding documents ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment between Unity Worldwide Ministries and the ministries we serve.
The Bylaws of Unity Worldwide Ministries define the standards by which we operate and our relationship with member ministries. Just as local ministry bylaws create a covenant between members and their board of trustees, UWM’s bylaws provide clarity of purpose and structure for decision-making, leadership, and organizational business.
The Articles of Incorporation (corporate charter) are the founding documents of Unity Worldwide Ministries, legally establishing who we are as an organization. While the Articles explain our identity and formation, the Bylaws describe how we conduct business and live out our purpose in relationship with our members.
We're on a mission to develop, equip, and support Unity leaders and communities to grow in innovative, sustainable, and cutting-edge ways.
