Unity on the Bay is a progressive community in Miami devoted to living love in service and spiritual awakening. In our centennial year, we celebrate 100 years of ministry while boldly stepping into our next chapter. We seek an Associate Minister of Community & Engagement who is pastorally grounded, relationally gifted, and inspired by Unity and New Thought teachings.

 

The ideal candidate is spiritually mature, emotionally intelligent, and people-centered—someone who builds bridges, nurtures belonging, and invites participation. This minister guides congregants from first visit into deeper involvement through worship, small groups, volunteer leadership, outreach, and pastoral care, collaborating closely with staff and lay leaders.

 

Located in South Florida, Unity on the Bay has purchased a 4.2-acre campus with a 25,000-square-foot building, now under renovation to become a spiritual and community hub. This is an opportunity to help shape the future of a ministry rooted in oneness, compassion, love, and service.
