We are a 100-year-old Unity ministry engaged in transforming our ministry and its practices through the “Integral Ministry Practice”.  Our spiritual campus is located in the heart of scenic Santa Barbara, California, centrally located downtown by parks and historical buildings. We are financially sound with a separate Endowment Fund and outright ownership of our property in the heart of beautiful Santa Barbara. In addition to strong administrative support, we have a thriving volunteer program, youth program, choir, and prayer chaplain team, and the church provides a rich complement of spiritual and educational offerings. 

 

We seek a loving and energetic spiritual leader who is adept at building leaders and teams, and can inspire and guide the members of the congregation to fulfill the Evolutionary Purpose of: transforming lives and inspiring people to make a positive difference in our world through: Personal Transformation, Shared Leadership, Wholeness, and Fostering a mission-centered approach.   We value someone who is a gifted speaker, grounded in prayer and meditation, and embodies Unity principles.
