Unity of Tustin invites applications from energetic, visionary ministers called to guide a vibrant and spiritually progressive community into its next chapter of growth and service. Located on a beautiful three-acre campus in Orange County, our mission-centered congregation blends traditional Unity teachings with wisdom from many spiritual paths, supporting spiritual awakening and conscious living in the 21st century.

 

We seek a collaborative, heart-centered leader grounded in Unity principles and well-versed in contemporary spiritual insights. The ideal candidate is a Both/And Minister who can bridge timeless teachings with contemporary spirituality to help deepen spiritual practice for existing members while expanding accessibility for new seekers and families.

 

Unity of Tustin has a ministerial team with the Senior Minister speaking two Sundays per month along with two existing ministers – one a seasoned Unity minister and the other an Interfaith Minister – who together develop spiritual programs that nurture personal transformation and collective growth.
