Description:

Unity Center of Washington DC (UWDC) is seeking a talented and dynamic speaker and teacher who is also an inspiring leader with a caring heart. We are looking for someone who has vision, organizational skills, and can guide our community forward with wisdom, understanding, love, and kindness.

The Minister will:

Arrange Sunday worship services designed to inspire us and encourage personal growth, offering guidance in prayer and meditation to comfort and support our community.
Lead transformative classes focused on spiritual development, manage our congregation with a focus on prosperity,
Collaborate with other faith groups, and oversee outreach programs, especially those aimed at reaching young adults and families to increase our ministry’s influence.
Demonstrate love, compassion, humility, warmth, empathy, and authenticity.
Be spiritually grounded, guided by divine principles and actively practice Unity teachings.
Welcome all forms of diversity and facilitate the creation of a ministry in which everyone feels welcome and empowered to realize their full potential.
Ensure the efficient and effective management of the ministry, ensuring, among other things, that its facility is maintained and that financial record-keeping and compliance with government regulations are in good order.
