Unity of Kona is a warm, spiritually grounded community in the heart of Kailua Kona on Hawaiʻi Island. We welcome and embrace all people with love and Aloha, enjoying fellowship through meals, activities, and workshops. 

 

We seek a minister who is engaging, adaptable, and able to connect with our friendly, diverse, and sometimes transient island community. Our ideal candidate can share Unity principles, metaphysical and biblical teachings, and draw wisdom from many spiritual paths. We value someone who can help grow our congregation, strengthen community involvement, and bring strong organizational, administrative, and leadership skills. Patience, flexibility, and an appreciation for “island time” are essential, along with a collaborative approach that encourages greater congregant participation. This minister will honor our traditions while offering fresh insight, addressing both planned spiritual teachings and timely issues in our community and the greater world.
