Unity in Lynnwood is a heart-centered, welcoming community of roughly 120 members that emphasizes inclusion and active spirituality.  We are seeking a compassionate, wise, energetic, and prayerful leader who knows and lives the Unity principles day-to-day to lead our congregation and enhance our spiritual growth.  

 

Our ministry is 40 years strong, with both long-time and newer members.  The Youth and Family Ministry program is vibrant, drawing in young people from within and outside our church community and producing youth leaders both regionally and nationally. We support LGBTQ+ events and have an annual Hands-on-Housing event to assist a local elder as well as supporting other charitable organizations. The prayer ministry, a dedicated team of trained chaplains, are in regular contact with members, both on Sundays and through outreach. We combine the principles of Unity and Interfaith beliefs and practices. Our services are dynamic, inclusive and joyful!  Our strong technology team provides online access seamlessly. Our Sunday services richly feature live music, currently under the leadership of Kelly Ash, a talented singer and pianist who also serves on the faculty of Cornish College of the Arts.
