Unity Community Church of Dunedin (UCCD) is a warm welcoming ministry with “a big heart.”  We are a small adult community congregation of people who appreciate messages and classes based on the Unity principles.  UCCD started as a “home church” with seven members 30 years ago, our community has expanded and thrived and owns our building.  We have a strong Prayer Chaplain program, offer Unity-related courses and workshops, and enjoy a community-centric ministry, with members contributing weekly to the success of our services and operations.  

 

We are situated in the Tampa Bay area, across from the Gulf of Mexico in a vibrant and active coastal community that is home to the most visited state parks in Florida (Honeymoon and Caladesi Islands); celebrates its Scottish heritage; hosts farmers’ markets and festivals; and has a strong arts community.

 

We are seeking an ordained Unity minister/credential leader who is well-versed in Unity principles.  Our spiritual leader will provide our community with excellent leadership, spiritual nourishment, growth and development.  The perfect candidate will be a strong communicator who is compassionate, sincere, enthusiastic, open-minded, and has a sense of humor.  We prefer someone who enjoys giving Sunday lessons to a welcoming community and is committed to its healthy growth.
