Unity of Dallas is a spiritual community embracing a transition towards a new model of ministry. Over 80 years, we’ve had many dynamic ministers, who have brought both exciting highs and challenging lows. Too often, the minister ended up carrying the weight of everything.

 

We are actively transitioning to a Mission-Centric ministry focused on community-centered leadership and purpose driven alignment. Our goal is to create a healthier, more balanced leadership structure that fosters the long-term thriving of our community.  To support this transformation, we are seeking a mature Servant Leader, spiritually grounded in Unity Principles to help guide our community toward its fullest potential.

Unity of Dallas (UoD) has a beautiful 7.3 acre campus within a scenic neighborhood, covered with live oak trees and bordered by a creek. The 40,000 sq. ft. main building contains a sanctuary that seats over 800, along with a Fellowship hall, chapel, book nook, children’s classrooms and many other meeting rooms and offices.
