Unity of Carlsbad is a welcoming, inclusive spiritual community of 16 members that is seeking a spiritually grounded minister who embodies our Unity Principles. We desire the minister to have a strong focus on prayer, meditation and compassion, who engages all individuals with love. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability and skill in involving others, supporting and growing the ministry while providing a dynamic and inspirational New Thought message in Sunday services.  

 

We expect the minister to facilitate classes, and provide leadership and training for staff, the board, and volunteers.  Our new minister should also have a passion for community engagement.  We encourage all potential candidates to prayerfully open your hearts and minds to this opportunity to lead and to serve our warm, loving spiritual community.  

 

Carlsbad is a beautiful and vibrant ocean side community located in San Diego County 35 miles north of the city of San Diego.  It boasts a rich, diverse culture and charm that appeals to both permanent residents and vacationers.
