Unity of Charlottesville (UOC), Virginia, seeks a full-time, Unity-ordained or Unity-licensed minister.

 

We are seeking a leader for our inclusive spiritual community who honors the many paths to the Divine. We seek a compassionate leader who will challenge us to grow, nurture our spiritual journey, and help us co-create a ministry where all feel welcomed and empowered to express their Divine potential.

 

We are a vibrant congregation, rich in creative talent—authors, artists, and musicians—who joyfully share their gifts. Located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, we are stewards of a three-building sacred campus with a sanctuary, meditation room, labyrinth, and peaceful gardens. Music is a spirit-filled, integral part of our worship and community outreach.

 

Our Minister will organize Sunday worship that inspires and challenges us to grow, guiding us in prayer and meditation that will console and nurture us. We seek a leader to organize classes that foster transformation and spiritual development, empower our congregation through prosperity-minded administration, engage in interfaith collaboration, and oversee community outreach efforts with an emphasis on expanding our ministry's impact with young adults and families.
