Description:
The Senior Minister serves as the spiritual and administrative leader of the ministry, helping individuals grow spiritually while guiding the overall direction Of the organization. The role is responsible for leading worship services, providing spiritual support and counseling, fostering a welcoming and uplifting community, and encouraging the spiritual development Of members Of all ages. In addition to spiritual leadership, the Senior Minister oversees the daily operations Of the ministry, including staff leadership, financial oversight, and organizational management. The position works closely with the Board Of Trustees to implement policies, support strategic planning, and ensure the ministry's goals are achieved. The Senior Minister also serves as the public representative Of the ministry, building relationships within the community and supporting the broader unity movement. The ideal candidate is a licensed or ordained Unity Minister who is adaptable, growth- oriented, and committed to inspiring and empowering others
